quarantine morning routine ⛅️
don’t let being stuck in the house mess up the routine you had before! so here’s some tips to stay refreshed while in the house;
🛏 make up your bed before you start you skin care !
🍵 make some tea/coffee to waken yourself more. maybe add another shot of expresso.
🎶 play some upbeat tunes while taking a shower
🍌 eat a healthy breakfast. P.S. HEALTHY DOESNT MEAN SALAD. make some protein pancakes w/ a side of fruit maybe.
🧘🏾♂️ get some exercise in, yoga or something more HIIT. either is fine.
📝 make a list of everything you wanted to do that can be accomplished without going out. either watching a movie you haven’t gotten to, learning how to draw, bake/cook or even learn that tik tok dance you can’t seem to get right.
