How do you feel about mutes using sign language? I got yelled at by a deafy today after messing up good and happy. They said it wasn't my culture so I shouldn't use it, but I don't know how else to communicate and I hate my little voice box app.

I’m totally fine! Many of my deaf friends and deaf people I know are fine (I went to Gallaudet- only univ with all teachers who signs and 90%+ students who are deaf). The deaf school I work at now, The Learning Center for the Deaf, have mute students! Technically many deaf people and I are mute too because we don’t want to use voice. Tell that deafie that I said that, (feel free to use my name- they might know me) and to talk to me. I’m sorry that this deaf person was unkind to you. :(

well, basically my fab friend fuck-kirk had the url and knowing my love for Bones from Star Trek, gave it to me. Leonard McCoy is my fave fictional character ever!

the whole idea of the fuck- thing is that you may want to fuck them, but also, they cause you a lot of pain so fuck them.

Sure! Google is running this program called "Made With Code", which aims to educate the general public about coding and 3D printing. Through their website, you can code your own bracelet which will then be sent to a 3D printer and mailed to you within a few weeks. It's totally free and totally awesome.
