Mages are analogous to both Wizards and Sorcerers, so I guess you'd be top/switch depending on how close to one or the other you're feeling that day.

I do appreciate the level of analysis that went into this, Gilbs. BUT. Are we only talking human mages? Because if you get into World of Warcraft-esque mages, you’ve got Draenei and you KNOW they’re total bottoms.

Anyway, Buck's face after Eddie's comment of "this doesn't change a thing between us" has me thinking it wasn't the response he wanted.

Like he's relieved and all, but Buck still hasn't figured out that Eddie is where all his emotions are heading. He wanted things to change with Eddie because that's what Buck really wants. To his core.

I, for one, am here for this story telling adventure.

yesssss after rewatching that scene an embarrassing number of times, i had the same thought! it's relief mixed with...i don't even know the right word for it. resignation, maybe? like he's resigned himself to being eddie's best friend, and nothing more than that. because yeah, like you said, "this doesn't change a thing between us" is a double-edged sword if buck wants things to change in a very specific way.

i'm here for this story too!!! that's why i don't understand all these freaks (derogatory) acting like you can't enjoy buck/tommy and buck/eddie at the same time. bitch, watch me. and i'll do it with a smile on my face, too.

There was a boy who i had a crush on. he once said he had a song to hear and he put on Closer by NIN. And The Downward Spiral was his favorite album, so he loaned it to me. Things didn’t work out but I think of him when I hear it, and I think of how he was the first boy I ever liked who liked me back.

Every sappy song reminds me of Jim, but our song is Thinking Out Loud by Ed Sheeran :)

Any Patsy Cline, any Everly brothers, any Dolly parton reminds me of my grandmother. She was a performer in the 60′s, she had a record contract, and most of what she did was fun 60′s rock and roll - but she loved Patsy Cline. And she LOVED the Everly Brothers. Her guitar was named Don. She performed with them once :)

Classic rock reminds me of my dad, and I don’t know how to feel about that. He treated me like shit, he was abusive as fuck, but he’s... he’s my dad. You know? And being introduced to classic rock really shaped my younger years.
