I know we’re looking at Tevinter for Dragon Age 4 but hear me out
A future DA game set in Antiva. How sick would that be? Antiva seems like such a cool setting, and the characters we’ve already met from there have been some of the most interesting. There are pirates. The protagonist can be a Crow.
I just wanna see Antiva so bad
Confession: After that tweet of Cullens voiceactor, I hope his character makes an appearance again in DA4. At least a cameo, but having him as a companion could also proof to be really cool. You would not have to make him romanceable either. Maybe the events of DA4 could be playing out after the Inquisitor lost their life in the fight against Solas and if you romanced Cullen he could still be grieving about the loss of the love of his life. If not he could be mourning the loss of a friend, because…c'mon! Who could be a jerk to a guy like CULLEN?
Confession: I’m almost all the way through DA:I, and I’ve watched youtube of the Trespasser romance part as I couldn’t wait to finish (I’m a completionist.) My Lavellan romanced Solas by accident, I had been intending to go for Cullen as I love him, but Solas captured my soul…. So, it’s the first time I’ve wanted to write in months, and I’ve got fifteen pages of notes on lore, and Solas, and vignette thoughts. But whenever I go to google to look something up, I always end up finding the threads and posts and opinions that Solas is evil. And how they hope he’ll die, and all that jazz. Whenever that happens, I get very sad because I want to find a way to save him. But then I can’t write because I feel bad for loving Solas as a character. And I’m afraid that they may kill him in DA4, and I just want to be able to have a happy ending in a story as they seem few and far between in reality.
Confession: I really want to see a griffon mount in Dragon Age 4. They've been alluding to them repeatedly through the games and it. would be cool as hell
Confession: I hope that if there is a warden civil war in the next dragon age game (like they hinted at in the epilogue of inquisition) that you can make your hero of Ferelden/Awakening commander (depending on if the hero died in origins or not) as the new first commander of the entire gray wardens.
Confession: I really hope da4 is more similar to dao in terms of dialogue, choices and just how you interact with the world and it's characters. dao feels so unique to me when I play it and I'm sad the franchise has changed so much
Confession: Each game had a reoccurring companion from the previous one (Oghren, Anders and Varric) - so according to all the ways Trespasser could end I think it makes the most sense we’ll see either Dorian or Sera again in our inner circle in DA4 and I’ll be absolutely thrilled to have either of them again by my side.
Confession: In the next Dragon Age game I want to see Fenris again, he can be pissed if you romantics him then killed hawke or happy you spared him. If you didn’t romance him than he’s just there to kill the magisters! Wouldn’t that be so amazing they could add a lot of depth to him
