what if, in chronogirl, the miraculous power of the ladybug had not reunited the Marinette and Alix from the future with their present versions, and that in the end we end up with two Marinettes and two Alix definitely?

Made that one a while back
HI was just going through your older AU's and refound Futurebug Paradox AU how would Paradox AU effect season 3 if you have any headcannons :p
Wow, Paradox au.
That is an old one.
I honestly do want to go back and revamp that one.
Since with everything we know now, there would be some massive changes to what happens.
I have a better request for Paradox au. Chameleon.
-The beginning is pretty much the same.
-Marinette messaging Bridgette for advice on what to do while in the back
-Bridgette telling her to calm down and that her feelings are warranted. But that she needs to approach this carefully.
-Bridgette showing up to get a read on the situation. Watching Lila.
-Bridgette telling Marinette not to confront her yet, since pointing out her lies didn’t work out in class.
-Marinette doesn’t try to expose her in the lunchroom. Marinette told Alya, who responded a bit differently because Marinette was much calmer about the situation. Perhaps there was more too this then jealousy, but Alya tells Marinette that Lila still has the class swayed and she would need evidence to show the rest of the class.
-Lila still threatens Marinette, because the Bathroom talk still happens, but Bridgette was recording it. Which Marinette now doesn’t feel angry, she has the proof. Bridgette tells her to keep it on the ready. She shouldn’t just drop this yet. Marinette gets sent the video
-Adrien confronts Lila quietly like before and akuma happens
-Drama ensues and the fight happens pretty much the same.
- Adrien tells Marinette the same advice, but Marinette shows him the video. Adrien’s tune shifted quickly.
-Marinette does agree that exposing her right now would be bad though, since having her akumatized over Adrien’s little confrontation proves that Lila isn’t exactly emotionally stable. But she will use it if she goes to far. Adrien agrees with this and says he trusts Marinette’s judgement, and has her back.
-Adrien sits in the back with Marinette. and is noticeably not as warm towards Lila when she swaps with Marinette. Seat shenanigans ensues and the seat order is back to normal. But Marinette has a weapon should Lila go too far. Thus is More of a win.
Hi Hi! For the Lila keeping her promise and ruining Marinette's life, what if instead of transferring schools, Marinette has a twin cousin (who is very protective of her cousin) who returns from New York, hears whats going on and takes action by reviling all of Lila's lies in front of the class and then tells them off for betraying Marinette like that?

I can imagine this working in Paradox au.
Bridgette/Futurebug stepping in for her self to help fight off Lila like a boss.
Bridgette laying into the class for buying the BS, and Adrien on a lesser extent for his crummy advice
Just saw your paradox au resurface and remembered how much I loved it, so can we get some angst for (after Kag and Bridgette start dating) when he chooses the wrong ladybug to pursue? Just curious how that would go down honestly.
-Bridgette was not expecting to fall in love with Kagami, but she did. After seeing what happened with Oblivio, she started pulling away from Chat noir. Because she figured it out. She figured out who Chat noir was. It was the only explanation.
- In this au, Adrien never had doubts about liking Ladybug, so him going after Kagami never happened, meaning Frozer didn’t happen. Which also means that the whole lukanette and Adrigami bits didn’t happen. It also meant that Luka and Marinette didn’t grow as close as they did before.
-Chat noir/Adrien was actually not as stoked on the kiss in Oblivio. Since he knew it wasn’t the Ladybug he was pursuing. He still had feelings for his initial Lady, but Futurebug was reciprocating his feelings and Chat noir liked having his feelings returned. (Chat noir had told Alya not to post the photo.) It made things super complicated.
-he goes through the relationship crisis much later. He also was a lot closer with Marinette in this au, and she starts popping into his mind while he is going through this. So when he starts thinking about moving on, he considers Marinette.
-Silencer does happen, but the stakes are cut down significantly cause a second ladybug helped make quick work of the situation. Luka did have his little confession to Marinette, but without Frozer and other build up to it, Marinette was flattered, but she was not as giddy about it as in canon. But it still happened and all Lukanette moments did indeed happen. Its kind of like, ‘Oh, the cute guy likes me.’ its about 40% as effective.
-Meanwhile, Marinette is processing what future bug told her about the Oblivio kiss, as well as how Chat noir had always helped her. (She also wasn’t getting constantly hit on by Chat noir, so they actually grew closer quicker.) So Marinette is seeing the cat in a new light.
-Ladybug and Chat noir talking one night, he explained how he is feeling this complex web of emotions. Ladybug can kind of relate. Chat noir telling Ladybug how futurebug turned him down.
-Ladybug was expecting Chat noir to go after her now, but he tells her he isnt. “I don’t want to make you a replacement for her. You are my trusted partner and I care for you dearly.”
-It becomes a love square reversal.
If possible I'd like to see more on that time paradox au with Brigitte(?) and Kagami's relationship (If I remember correctly you suggested they could be a couple).
-Futurebug/Bridgette Learning fencing from Kagami.
-She gets really good and Kagami sees she has talent. Asking her to join the fencing team.
-Bridgette declines because it isn’t her thing.
-”But I will cheer you on.” Bridgette assured Kagami.
-Kagami coming to terms with the fact that she has fallen hard for this confident, kind hearted girl.
-Kagami jealous/Protective of Bridgette, especially when she is talking with Adrien. (Kagami also has a small crush on Adrien, because she does like people that challenge her but frozer never happens because Chat noir doesn’t feel like giving up on his crush on ladybug.
-Bridgette making Kagami a cool scarf for her birthday, with the characters for (Victory) sown on it, One in Japanese on one end, and one in Chinese on the other. ( Kagami wears it with a flourish)
-Bridgette is very torn between her crush on Chat noir and her feelings for Kagami.
-Depending on how the take there are two outcomes. Marinette ends up dating Adrien, which means that Bridgette would give up on Chat noir, so she would date Kagami. The second outcome is that Bridgette/Futurebug gets Chat noir, which means Marinette will date Luka. (I personally prefer the first option.)
ML AU: Paradox au Ficlet: Lifeline
(Based on My Paradox au. Where Alix and Ladybug from the previous timeline were stuck in the canon universe)
A black clad hero dashed across rooftops. The evening sky was illuminated by the lights of Paris. The cat hero couldn't help but go out for some air. He loved his freedom, the feeling of being able to escape the gilded cage of his father’s mansion. As he moved he noticed a familiar red clad heroine sitting on the edge of a roof.
“Seems I am lucky tonight.” The blond hero commented to himself as he made his way to the roof where he noticed the ladybug themed heroine.
“Good evening My Lady. What do I owe this unexpected blessing of your presence?” The cat hero flirted. He noticed the teen turn to him. He quickly realized it was not his ladybug, but the one that appeared during the tiebreaker incident. “Oh my mistake. ladybug.”
The alternate Ladybug chuckled.
“Its fine Chat noir. You can call me that nickname if you like.” Ladybug assured.
Chat noir felt his face heat up a bit. “Oh? You don't mind?”
The red clad heroine stood up and walked over to him.
“I don't mind. It actually makes me think about my chat noir.” Ladybug explained. She sighs to herself. “I didn't think I would miss him this much.”
Chat noir frowned as he saw her smile falter.
“Its been hard chaton.” Ladybug confessed. “I still keep thinking this is all a dream and I will wake up back in my bed. back in my old life. With my family, my school, my friends...”
Chat noir was aware that the alternate Ladybug was having a rather difficult life. She couldn't just step in to her other self’s life, and just have it be accepted. Alternate Alix, or Alex as she is now called, was able to live her life because she didn't have a secret identity. Ladybug trying to do the same would have two of the same person showing up and revealing her identity to Paris. Hawkmoth would be sure to figure it out and with two sets of the Ladybug miraculous, that just doubles his chances of success.
Thankfully, Fu was able to take her in. It may not be perfect, but she has a place to sleep and get fed. Fu was kind of like a grandfather to her now. But he couldn't replace her family.
“I am sorry you have to go through that.” Chat noir spoke as he touched her shoulder. “But you still have Fu, other you, and of course me. I will always have your back.”
The ladybug themed heroine felt the warmth of the comforting cat hero.
“Thanks Chat noir... I am glad I have you as a lifeline.” She said as she pulled him in for a hug.
Chat noir felt his face heat up from the hug.
Ladybug broke the hug and looked at him.
“Careful kitty, if you keep being so sincere and sweet, I might just fall for you.” Ladybug teased as she booped his nose with her finger.
Ladybug moved to the edge of the roof.
“I should be getting back to Fu. Have a good night kitty.”
“Good night, My lady.” Chat noir smiled
Ladybug smiled back before swinging off. Chat noir watched as she swung out of view before sighing lovingly.
This paradox au is full of rich resources, but I feel we've been digging into very angsty and deep territory, and not delving into the the crack or fluff quite enough. How about a few head canons?
-Marinette and futurebug/Bridgette having a very close friendship. Since Bridgette can act as a more calm version of herself. Bridgette would help Marinette think things through more, when the girl actually asks her for advice.
-Bridgette using this time to learn Mandarin and spend time with the Kwami. She is learning all the tips and tricks about them, knowing each of their favorite foods.
-Bridgette also works on her designs, along with doing errands for Fu.
-Bridgette learning Kung fu from Fu would be something really cool to see. (I got them Karate kid feels)
-Chat noir acting more cautious because of Futurebug’s insistence. Meaning he thinks things through a bit more. Chat noir listens because his Lady his telling him to do something.
-Alix and Alex totally working together on their graffiti art.
