ICdC - Arteria & Vena Sheets

while I’m working on my #alicemadnessreturns comic, I made the sheets of our two main characters, Arteria e Vena (of the future videogame of me and my sis @qorart, I Cacciatori di Conigli) for a commission that I requested to an artist (I’ll post here her final commission too).

“Arteria is kind and brave, she talks with many but only Vena truly understands her. 

Vena is quiet and intelligent, he talks with few and Arteria is one of these.

They spend much time together but soon they'll have to share an enormous burden.”

I don't always make dialogue systems, but when I do--ahhh, who am I kidding, this is like my 5th(+?) one.

Working on a modular system that I can slap into any game and work animations on 3D stuff, icons, etc. from the dialogue script. Already got character classifications, commenting, animator changing, prefabs vs off-the-cuff naming of characters, etc. Popped in some Text Animator for testing, of course, I love that package. ^_^ Cheers, all!

"“Ma-ma dove sono?” Arteria realizzò di non essere nella sua stanza. Guardando di fronte a lei provò disgusto e terrore: C’erano esseri che strisciavano, dondolavano,  piangevano, singhiozzavano, di fronte a lei. Inizialmente pensò fossero grandi vermi che barcollavano insicuri anche di vivere, poi notò un suono molto familiare che gli fece venire in mente il caldo ricordo di Vena mentre le insegnava a leggere, il suono delle pagine sfogliate.

Dinanzi a lei vi era un mare di piccoli pezzi di carta, strisce viventi di carta. Arteria non capì di aver realizzato davvero quello che vedeva, pensava di aver male interpretato quello a cui stava assistendo ma non ebbe il tempo di formulare una seconda versione,  i suoi occhi terrorizzati notarono movimento dall’alto".

Motive? Ok he needs this then. He was seen in a dream and looks perfect for it? Hecc yeah man. What color haven't I used yet??? Experiment???? Orange??? Orange!!! Is he dumb or smort? Ok he's a little both but he's very angry. Ok this one is strong and this one is bullethell. Fuck it, they can have a little black. He gon YEET. This one part of a cult and dis one is just wandering the forest like an idiot.

And I think we're done here
