A Date at the Super Plate
Hi! Okay, I’ve given this a lot of thought, and I think I’ve figured out how the AU is gonna go down. I wrote it so that the George and Harold of this one are more like their evil selves. Harold stays that way. George doesn’t.
Okay, so the AU starts out at Jerome High where George and Harold have been pulling more and more dangerous pranks lately, so when Ben Krupp (he’s a kid in this AU) and his friends tell the principal, Harold decides to confront them. One thing leads to another, and even though George tries to stop the fight, Harold smashes a lit lamp he’d been using to scare them, which sets the school on fire. He and George make it out, but the others don’t.
The four kids (Krupp, Melvin Jasper, and Pippy) had built animatronic versions of George and Harold’s comic book characters (CU, Anti-Humor Boy, CB, and the Professor), and these robots were being sold to a comic book based restaurant. With nowhere else to turn, the kids possessed the robots and vowed revenge.
Ten years later, Heidi Hutchins is in high school herself and wants some extra money to shop with. When she sees an ad for a job as the night guard for the Super Plate, she figures, “Why not?” So she goes and gets the job, and the first night there, the kids (believing that she’s her brother) attack her. She wants the money more than she wants to avoid confrontation with the robots, so she stays on. At some point, she even works it so the animatronics are playing their best and she can still beat them!
I’m not quite sure what happens next except for the fact that George will set something up so that he, Harold, and the robots are all in one place before burning the building. And I know I want the “darkest pit of Hell” line in there somewhere. If you have any suggestions, I’d love to hear them.
Whoa that’s... a lot to take in and a lot different then what I thought you were going to propose for such an AU, FutureLegend. I didn’t think you’d go with the evil versions of George and Harold. I can’t think of anything off the top of my head because I’m not as huge of a fan as you are, even if the lore is good. Wait... crap, one of the boys is Springtrap then, right? I’m almost dreading what you did for Edith here. IDK there’s a ton more characters from the Netflix series to use for various animatronics and security guards. (Plus, with Ree as a janitor, I can see some sort of use for him in this AU).
