I live an imperfect life in an imperfect world among imperfect people. This reality has brought me to a lot of disappointments, frustrations and pain. But one thing I’ve learned is that I can always choose to thank God. Regardless of the circumstances, I can choose to be hopeful and faithful. This is possible because I know that my future does not depend on the things happening around me but on the unchanging character of God—He is loving, loyal and gracious. He is always worthy of my worship.

God can still confront your adversities with a surprise attack special combo. Don't make a negative conclusion unless God Himself says you're done, finished, hopeless (which is unlikely). We all have a blindside, so trust in His ways that encompass a larger and better perspective of your life. Instead of trying harder, you can try higher.

You might be having a hard time surrendering everything to Jesus. It could be because you don't Trust Jesus enough. And the reason why you don't trust Him enough is probably because you don't know Him well enough. Get to know Him. Time will lead to Trust. Trust will lead to Obedience.

I had my first bible study with Cass tonight and it was honestly amazing to watch her eyes light up as she tried to find God's message. I can truly say that this is going to be a beautiful little adventure of ours.
