You guys...
I know this sort of thing is really subjective -- kudos, in the long run, can sometimes be more indicative of fandom trends and popularity of a trope than they are of greatness, and IEoMT is not one of my best fics by far -- but I am blown the hell away.
10k kudos. Jesus. I barely know what to say except: Thank you. To every reader, every reccer, every single friend who's encouraged me, every single writer I've looked up to, every single follower who loves the same tropes I do and who loves these stupid, messed up, wonderful boys enough to give this a chance amongst the thousands of other amazing ones our there: Thank you. From the bottom of my heart.
*hisses and returns to fandom of orgin*

shit. shit. shit. and more shit!
Guh, so I'm trying to take a nap, but I can't. Why? Because my brain is preoccupied with how I'm going to become a full-time student. So far, I have 6 credit hours, which does not make me a full-time student. Which makes me, not a happy camper. And I can't become a full-time student because I can't enroll in the classes that I'm trying to take because I need to wait for incoming freshman majors and transfer students to enroll. Which is complete shit! (not really, because I understand, but I'm still peeved about it) So far, my adviser is in the Philippines and he can't really help me much with classes at the moment.
Right now I'm taking 2 classes...2 FUCKING CLASSES! What the fuck is that!? So far, I'm taking Women's Studies and a History class. Fuuuu....I'm currently trying to enroll into Experimental Psychology or into a Spanish class because well, I'm just trying to get up to 12 credit hours. There are classes open for Experimental Psych, but seeing as how I'm only a minor, my override request won't be valid till the week BEFORE classes start and till the transfer/major students are done. I'm hoping that I can get into 2 psych classes because well...I'm minoring in psych, it'd be nice to get 2 of the 3 classes out of the way. But with all this time, I could also get a Spanish minor...but I'm not gonna get ahead of myself, I tried to get a Spanish minor before, I mean I'm half way there, it's just that SPAN 330 kind of smacked me down...hard. That class beat the shit out of me. Like literally, I fought, fell, and the class kicked me while I was down. I mean, I like Spanish, it was just the teacher and the class. The teacher wasn't that great of a communicator.
Anywho, I'm keeping my fingers crossed. Hopefully I can get into the classes I want and need. But I am going to have so much time on my hands for next semester or rather this whole year. Rebecca (my roommate/housemate(?)) says that I can learn how to cook, not in a mean way. My roommates will be extremely busy with the nursing classes next semester, and if I can get one thing off their stressed little minds, Imma do eet. I mean I love to cook, so I'll help them any way possible. I wish them the best of luck and wishing I could be stressed with them, as crazy as that sounds.
Another possibility to preoccupy my time for next semester is that I could take up sports again. I'll have loads of time to go to practice and games. But the thing is, I'm pretty sure both soccer and tennis are tryout sports...soccer will have to be pushed aside because I suck at soccer. I'm not that great at it despite playing the sport for 10 years. Tennis...I definitely have a higher chance in getting on the team, but I'm not sure. I got my butt to State after winning Districts, but...that was kind of on luck. I could also go for softball, but I haven't played softball since the beginning of freshman year high school. Grant it, I've played the sport for 9 years, but obviously I sucked at it if I couldn't make the JV team (only 2 tiers, not enough players for a freshman team). Basketball...I'm pretty sure I'd suck at it, I've only played it for 2 years in high school. The only sport I know that doesn't have a tryout session is rugby, but I don't think it's exactly my sport. Rebecca tells me that they'll most likely want me to gain weight. Well, shit, I've already been trying to do that anyway. I always lose weight when I get back home because I don't workout, so I lose muscle mass. But when I'm at Truman and workout, I'm able to gain weight. I mean in 3 months, I was able to gain 8 lbs of muscle mass. Well, whatevs, we'll see how things go. I believe I can go to the first couple of practices and see if rugby really is a sport for me.
Another thing I could do is pick up a job, which will most likely happen. I'll probably work as a teacher aide for one of my previous professors, Dr. Guffey, my Anatomy and Physiology professor. That way, I can help students while sort of reteaching myself on relevant material pertaining to my profession.
Well, I guess I'll just have to wait and see...
I hate waiting...the uncertainty of things is pissing me off and makin' me restless.
