I forgot to post last night! We finally trapped Dutchess, mother of the fuzzy butts. I had to jump out of the bathtub and go pick her up at 10:00 at night, but that’s okay, because today was about our last chance to get her fixed before Christmas. I did her foster’s home visit yesterday, so she will pick her up from the vet today. She will be reunited with her kittens, for at least a visit this evening. We won’t put them together full time for a day or two so she can heal. She is super sweet and friendly, so i guess someone moved out and left her behind.
The male, who we call “Angry Orange” is also getting fixed and will be releases tonight.

We were hoping to trap the fuzzy butts’ momma last night, but we got their pissed off, very feral dad instead 🤷🏻♀️. Should be a busy and interesting few days for me. Praying we get momma later today.

Now they are half grown. From this to laying eggs in 4 months, chickens are magic I tell you.
