At 1 pm, the Senate passed the motion to proceed to begin consideration of the House approval of the Senate Amendment to H.R. 2882, the Further Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2024. Now 11 hours and 35 minutes later, they have yet to be able to call the final vote.
