SHANE & JENNY?!?!!? :O lol just kiddin’ different strokes, different folks etc.

Not my favorite couple by any means. I think I'm learning how to reword this so people don't get confused. After, I think it was episode 602 and 603, Shenny was a trainwreck. I hated it because it made me so sad. But I still ship them together because I felt within like the five or so years that they knew each other before that, their relationship was one of the best matched on the show. I don't know why the writers decided to have Shane completely change her character and screw over her best friend, and I also don't know why they had to make it seem like it was Jenny's fault. But to me, when it was good, it was the best. They were the most natural pairing, imo. Like I said, their SEASON SIX relationship was, for the most part, a nightmare.

Running a blog where most of my followers are fans of a couple involving Jenny, in the Jenny Schecter tag, I am consistently surprised as to just how much hate a group fans can have for a fictional character. I can't believe the post that just showed up on my dashboard - that message to you. Mia Kirshner even had someone say to her "I hope you die." referencing Jenny. Sick.

Exactly. I mean, it isn’t funny. It’s insane. I can’t believe these people don’t see the importance of what this means. Wishing such a thing out loud isn’t something to be proud of, guys, even if it’s about a fictional character. Cause there’re people who actually relate to it. So it’s even more unbelievable when you say it behind a mask to a real person you don’t even fucking know at all. Cause it could have serious consequences.

They've just announced that they will try to sell Language of A Broken Heart at MIPCOM as a telemovie. So it will prob be bought by a Lifetime-type network. Just thought I'd let you know :)

Just so you know, Kate French said last yr that she thinks Niki killed Jenny. It was originally written that Niki had pushed her after a confrontation on the balcony but Ilene decided to go with a murder mystery. Kate still thinks Niki did it though and she's the only one of the whole cast to put her character's hand up as a suspect. As we saw, there was no sign of a struggle when they looked at Jenny's body but the balcony was insecure so if Niki pushed her hard enough it may've been enough.

Oh brilliant. Thanks for sharing that, I had no idea. I'm pretty new to the fandom, after all. It completely makes sense, because Niki being there in the first place was extremely suspicious, plus when she came inside the first thing she did was apologise to Shane and rush her words, like if she talked fast enough about a different subject then it would stop her from spilling what really happened. But also what kind of person sees a whole bunch of police and paramedics and doesn't even ask what's happening? It's very dodgy. So yes, I think Niki killing Jenny is the most plausible explanation, because while I stick with my theory that Jenny was going to kill herself, I can't see her choosing to do it that way or at that time.
