Doesn't that sound exactly like Dazai? Actually, the entire song gives me strong fyozai vibes, like when Dazai looked so forlorn after Fyodor "died".

// I haven't heard this song but this lyric is soothing. I will add it to my collection. Quite Dazai and Fyozai in general, yes. It is the feeling of being 'marked' as an other without one's consent right up their conception. So when he looked forlornly at another marked, another human as he is, of course he cannot help but feel such loss of his own individuality, a being, an existence. It is ironic to find oneself in another but that is the case for self estrangement. This reflection is a beautiful thing nonetheless.

Wan Fyozai / Fyodor

// Wan Fyodor is the most anxiety fueled and delusional (more so religious delulu since it's a stark difference from Gakuen Fyodor's cosmic dilemma) Fyodor out of the many Fyodors. I hc that he has agoraphobia (Wan Dazai made a sarcastically sympathetic comment about how Wan Fyodor got timid by the crowds) and on the schizo spectrum (as it contains many disabilities). But when Dazai tags along, he feels quite fine as if no anxiety was present in the first place. However, Fyodor may still demonstrate his delusions such as episodes of stating he needs to save the world and that it is inherently broken (if a damn water fountain doesn't work, that's enough for him to have a little ramble), self soothing episodes where he convinces himself that his guidebook will somehow prepare him to recover the lost souls that increase each year, and coping moments where he pretends as if fear is just imagination / doesn't exist and that a prison, for example, is "A paradise. You just don't know it yet" regardless of Dazai. I will note that Wan Fyodor has both "animanga Fyodor" segments and his Wan self so it is a gamble how he may present himself in a given chapter.

// Oh Dazai... Fyodor pretends its boredom. He's using excuses to touch you. I'm sure you know that as you're so aware it's his "favorite past time". Also that bit about Nikolai's hair being more fun than his with the "I think" and the pause in thought, always came off as slight self conscious to me. Well, Dazai, Fyodor shall dig his long skeleton fingers into your hair regardless of how it looks.

Dazai: "Well, I guess it's not a big deal if my styled hair is all messed up. I'm sure it isn't since I'm just gonna go home afterwards. But if Ango catches me, I'm the one who's gonna get an earful, you know?"

// Out of the two, Fyodor is far more open about his feelings for Dazai but he tends to say it in a prose way. Therefore, it isn't easily understood by most but the general theme is obvious. Dazai typically plays coy with or about Fyodor, pretending as if he isn't over the moon. Fyodor is still in doubt whether he enjoys this trait of Dazai's or not.
