Olivia's letter to Will
Will, @thefirefighter-davis
I constantly thought of you from the moment I left Ashfield to attend that art program until the minute I got back. How was I supposed to not think of you? We said we would keep in touch but it was almost impossible for that to happen, me being so far away, and you so busy with your future. And even though we were just kids then, I still constantly think of you. I have to admit something to you now, I failed out of art school. The course load was too much and I honestly felt like I couldn’t be the student they wanted me to be. Now I’m back with you and everything feels right again. Friends is what we are. And good friends I’d hope. Friends who can tell each other everything. I think I’m in love, and that’s hard for me to say because I had never felt it with anyone other than you. I’m in love with you, and I’m in love with someone else. This is probably a lot for you to take in but I needed to get it off my chest. The only problem is I can’t seem to shake this major failure in something that I thought I could accomplish, one of the only things that made me happy was taken away from me. I am no longer good enough for you or for anyone else. I can’t act on these feelings because I’m scared. Scared that I was built for failure. I wanna feel okay again. I wanna feel like high school when the world was so exciting and our future’s were still bright. That’s why I look to you for advice. In the form of a love letter. Like the kinds we used to leave in each other’s lockers in high school. Please get back to me
Yours,
Olivia @livhilton
