アメリカに拠点を置くスタートアップの G2T が、この問題に対するソリューションを開発した。ウェアラブルな冷房装置だ。要するに、ユーザが G2T-N2「エレクトリックスカーフ」デバイスを首に装着すると、ボタン1つで特定温度に調整され、ユーザの体を冷やしたり温めたりしてくれる。

G2T によると、試験を実施したところ、クールモードでは体温を最大40％下げることが、またヒートモードでは最大20％上げることができたという。
