I just wanted to draw them together to show their height difference and a little about their relationship. If you’re curious, Lian heights 160 cm.

 I adore the idea of her being taller than Gaara! After all, in the first part he is short.

After their first mission together, Gaara and Lian began to frequent each other in their day to day to walk, train or just to talk.
