Rubedo trying to guide an infected Albedo and a very much injured Nigredo out of Miltia during the conflict.

Finally starting my AU adventure. I think the premise is obvious. Albedo isn't left at Miltia but taken with the other two to the Federation. Gaignun is far more badly injured than in canon. Rubedo has a whole different set of survivor's guilt than canon. Gaignun has a horrible time. Albedo is closer to his pre-Miltia personality though altered due to his infection. I will have a ton more. Hope to post each Wednesday.

While playing Xenosaga I discovered a secret boss named Great Joe while playing as junior , after going to @tycedia a Xenosaga Master she informed me that after years of playing this game she had no idea who I was talking about. Great Joe has become somewhat of an inside joke that this giant evil gun slinger has been waiting in the closet to fight Junior.

In a wild swirl of coincidences, I ended up last minute bringing back Yzak for a con to get a group going with friends when I found out they were cosplaying SEED. I was going to this con for a Xenosaga meetup in the first place. So anyway I was told by my friend that my domain got mentioned on /m/ last week as Still Being Alive, so I peeped it and the old Xenosaga manga scanlation project I was helping with was also mentioned and now I got all those feelings and wanna go back to unfinished projects and work on website stuff lmao. It’s been so long.

Rubedo and Nigredo find themselves under the guardianship of the Federation. Albedo is placed under guardianship as well, however, the boys are not allowed to see him. They are told he is under quarantine, but they have their doubts. The Federation is concerned his infection might be contagious. Things are uncertain, and nights without distractions only make things worse.

This is probably like a good week after arrival. Nigredo is well enough to be reunited with Rubedo. They are freaking out. Pretty hard. They have no idea where Albedo is. They have no idea what they are doing to him. And they are expletively forbidden to reestablish the link with him. In short, they are not having a good time.
