It was almost nostalgic coming back to the beautiful lands of Liyue, after the trials and tribulations Aether had been through in Inazuma- the familiar sight of golden lanterns and fragrant glaze lilies brought an overwhelming sense of ease.

The majority of his day went about talking with old friends, ever grateful for the warm hugs of welcome and excited exclamations at the sight of him. He had missed their warmth. When his eyes passed over a familiar figure, sitting casually in the outdoor seats of a particular tea house- Aether's smile couldn't help but blossom into something bright. "Zhongli!" The traveler exclaimed, quickly offering his goodbyes to the people he was chatting with and hurrying in the direction of where the ex-archon was seated. "I was hoping to find you some time, how have you been?"
