Do you have any ideas why Galaxies spin the way they do?

I'm assuming you mean why galaxies spin in general.

The gas that forms a galaxy originally has non zero total angular momentum*. So the closer it gets together, the higher the angular velocity becomes.  "Protogalactic clouds with more angular momentum could spin faster and from spiral disks. Slow-spinning clouds could have formed elliptical galaxies." [x]

So basically they spin because, when formed, everything is already moving, when it all comes together to birth a galaxy. After the initial formation everything just continues to move in relation to each other, eventually rotating simultaneously around the center of the mass, causing this spinning effect of galaxies we observe through out the universe.

*Angular momentum is defined as, 'The quantity of rotation of a body, which is the product of its moment of inertia and its angular velocity.' [x]
