My Friends are Raising money for Special Effect!
Hi! Do you like video games? Do you think it fucking sucks that people with physical disabilities can't experience the same highs and lows you've had in your games, just because they can't hold a controller or work with a mouse and keyboard?
Wanna try and help us change that?
Then good news! The charity Special Effect makes controllers for disabled gamers, and this month, from the 23rd to the 25th February, is GameBlast, where streamers from all around the world come together to raise money in support.
Four of those streamers are my very good friends WeirdFTW, LauraPetal, Scarfulhu and Ebak the Cat, who form the WeirdBlasters, aiming to raise £3,000 for the charity!
If you have the spare cash, they'd be really grateful for your donations, and one of the possible streaming rewards is me playing both Golden Sun games to near completion. No cash? No worries, then please share around - the world's currently a pretty dark place, so let's light it up for people as best as we can.
