Is flashstepping/clownstepping more applicable to sprinting (short burtsts) or can it be applied to long-distance running as well (never seen any canon takes of the latter with it)? (1/3)
If so, it kinda lines up with your height tendency headcanon- in marathons, short bodies (often with long legs) are considered ideal for long-distance running with less body weight to carry while sprinting's ideal is rather tall. The best marathoners are mostly under 6' for both men & women, sprinters tend to be on the opp. side. (2/3)
Of course, there are exceptions, training & performance are the most crucial factors aside from genetics. (3/3)
