Ugh, I’ve had to block three people today because they were being assholes in chat. Like do these people get a high off of raging and insults? Why is it men? Is it because they have nothing better to do? Like I’m legitimately at a loss. I’m tempted to turn off voice chat but I meet some legitimately awesome people some days so like ugh, I’m conflicted.

I have a newfound respect for people who play the Metal Slug games with no deaths. It is not the easiest thing to do and makes me want to scream profanities at the screen every time I die. Metal Slug X: Don't get me started on the subway tunnel in Mission 5. It didn't help that there's an auto fire option I didn't know existed. I destroy the last subway car only for a solider to jump off the top of it and knife me.

Currently visiting my dad

So far I've completely failed at explaining the concept of fandoms to my dad, been thoroughly thrashed at Sonic racing by my 7 year old brother and witnessed that same brother jump off the sofa and nearly land on my newborn brother's head.

I think I'm about ready to go home to my cat and hide away for a week.
