Fresh herbs from my garden to go into a pot of cauliflower and potato soup (also from my garden). 🥰😋🥣 In my childhood, I would have been accused of showing off. But honestly, I'm just sharing my joy. I hope you know that. This social media thing can be hard. We compare ourselves so often with others and judge ourselves harshly for how we think we measure up (or fail to). I didn't know I could grow food like this. I found gardening as a means of surviving life's hardships, especially the last couple of years. The unexpected bounty of this year's garden is amazing on several levels. It's a healing balm for my heart and nervous system, as well as nourishment for my body (because you can't get better nutrition than organic food, freshly picked, plus it's as local as you can get). I hope you find ways to feed yourself and share that joy with others, freely and without worry. #gardenlunch #gardenherbs https://www.instagram.com/p/CQrPArynAxZ/?utm_medium=tumblr
