Hey how you want Gary to enter a relationship in this season ?

Thank you for asking, I think about this a lot. Currently, I'm running on four options, I've mapped it out:

- Gary & Gwyn

Obviously as a Constangreen stan (we're still here!) this is my preferred option. Not because I think this would be a rehash of the same dynamic, but it would be so DIFFERENT. We have Gary doing magic this season, we have potentially nerdy, sciency Gwyn who's shut out the world to focus on his work, a bit like an inverse Constangreen. I think they would have a wonderful dynamic and I can't wait to see how that unfolds when we finally meet Gwyn. Also, Adam and Matt just have amazing scene chemistry, they work so well off of each other.

- Gary & Behrad

Oh my god, been shipping this for a LONG time and they barely had any scenes together! I think they're both so sweet and kind and they both deserve someone to love them back the way they love everyone else. The way they worked together in 7x02 was incredible, and they're a great pair. Also, the ship name of GareBehr is ADORABLE and I love it so much.

- Gary & Gideon

I actually wouldn't mind this, I loved their scene together in the 5th season when Gideon was helping Gary hide from the Fates (or was she...) Again, two characters with great scene chemistry, I think both of them figuring out how to be human is something very special. I could see this coming a bit out of left field, and I wouldn't be mad about it, but I prefer the above two options more.

- Gary & Nate

Okay, so I don't think this is a SERIOUS ship or ever going to actually happen. And yes, before anyone says something, I know that Nate and Zari 1.0 are still together. I'm just saying that the idea of these two stupid-ing themselves into a relationship is very FUNNY and I would watch a fake dating trope of these two. This is just vibes, guys, we're having fun.

If they invent a new character for Gary to fall in love with, I'm also happy with that! I just want him to be happy with someone after four seasons of giving all of his love and getting hardly any back.

(yes I am also worried Gary x Bishop could happen, but that's a rabbit hole I won't go down)

Headcanon for a GareBehr relationship? How did it start mainly and how does the team feel?

ooh this is gary and behrad right? i didn't really see this until that hoover ep when gary had his hands on behrad's shoulders when behrad was sat on the chair,, then i Got it yknow

gary realises he likes behrad and decides he wants to communicate this to him by cooking for him, but behrad sees gary cooking and comes to help. gary gets clumsy when he's nervous, and he's very nervous, so the soup ends up going All over the galley. after sara yells at them, she makes them clean it up, and luckily behrad finds it very funny

that night, behrad is playing video games with z1 and she interrupts him to say "you've talked about gary for this whole game, are you okay?" and behrad blushes and shuts up

gary and behrad start cooking together regularly, and all the legends love it because they're good cooks. sara catches on first that they like eachother as they offer to wash up each night, a job which normally brings the legends to fistfights

their first kiss is when the sink has malfunctioned and half the room is filled with bubbles and both step back, slightly unsure what happened, before kissing again then cleaning it up

a few weeks later, they tell the rest of the team, gathering everyone in the office. z2 is Thrilled and immediatly beams into the totem to tell z1, nate slaps them both on the back, nearly in tears about 'time bros', and sara keeps her cool but grins, and ava is like?? who saw this coming??

Behrad wants to tip his head back and groan, loud. New timeline, same old Gary.

"Dude I'm-"

He's cut off by a bark, and the next thing he knows he's watching as a blur of soft golden fur goes whooshing past his ankles and Ryder jumps up on his hind legs, front paws stretched out high up to Gary's waist.

He chuckles, "Good boy." He praises Ryder, though he really should be scolding him for jumping. "My dog loves you. I don't think I can kick you out yet."

Garebehr + Tropes 17 and 58

17. War AU + 58. Accidental Eavesdropping

War has broken out in the future. Vandal Savage is determined to conquer the world, starting with the Americas. Zari and Behrad come up with a plan- she'll get their parents to safety in Europe while he enlists to fight back. Behrad takes the totem with him, but doesn't tell anyone what it can do.

The unit he is in has an odd mix of characters, from an inventor to a romance novelist to a bartender who he's pretty sure is a secret assassin. Behrad get along with all of them, even when some new recruits get placed in. Of those, he likes Gary the best. He seems like an outcast, which is how Behrad's always felt. They're drawn to each other and things feel a little more hopeful around Gary. Even when they're under heavy fire, Behrad can look towards Gary and feel...reassured.

A day comes a few months in when Behrad manages to get his hands on some of Gary's favorite candy before Mick gets to it. As he'd going to surprise him, he overhears Gary outside of the tent where he usually is. He's talking to someone named Bishop, saying that he isn't going to be leaving. And then

"General Savage has ordered-"

"I don't care what my father said!"

And that's when Behrad cuts and runs. Because there's no way that Gary can be a spy, right?
