Garfield: I’ve been dropping them the most insanely obvious hints for like a year now. No response.
Y/n: Wow. They sound stupid.
Garfield: But they’re not. They’re really smart actually. Just dense.
Y/n: Maybe you need to be more obvious? Like, I don’t know… “Hey! I love you!”
Garfield: I guess you’re right. Hey Y/n, I love you.
Y/n: See! Just say that!
Garfield: Holy fucking shit.
Y/n: If that flies over their head then, sorry Garfield, but they're too dumb for you.
Garfield: Y/n.
You leaned over Gar's shoulder, as he typed away on his communicator. He looked up at you-
"Do you think she's okay?"
"Rachel? Rachel is perfectly capable of taking care of herself. Infact I'm more concerned for whoever she's dealing with."
He chuckled, "You're right." He smiled up at you, "Luckily you have me."
You laughed, "I think it's the other way around Gar."
He playfully glared at you, before sticking his tongue out, causing you to roll your eyes. You heard some voices head in your direction, and you grabbed Gar and pulled him into a small room that was nearby.
Gar was about to ask what was going on, but you quickly covered his mouth and put a finger over your mouth. Garfield then heard the voices and kept quiet. He was so close to you and Gar hoped you couldn't hear his heart beating with him so close to you. God, he felt like his heart was about to beat out of his chest.
When you thought the guards were gone, you slowly opened the door and looked out. You headed out, making sure the coast was clear before suddenly being tased, shocking you. It didn't hurt to much, being super powered and all, but it didn't feel good.
Gar's eyes widened and he reacted, not even realizing what he was doing. You were laying on the ground when you looked up to Gar, shocked. He was covered in the man's blood down his torso and blood surrounded his mouth. The man's body was torn to shreds and it scared you how Gar could so easily maul a man to death.
"Are you okay Y/n?"
"Me? What about you? What have you done?"
It only just then seemed to click in his mind. Though, he didn't feel bad, which surprised him. The man shouldn't have hurt you. "We'll deal with it later."
You wanted to argue, but you were scared he might do the same to you. Gar picked you up bridal style, getting blood on you.
You looked at the blue waters, seeing your pathetic reflection. You feel like you have failed, as per usual. Why did you always get into these stupid stumps? You frowned at your reflection, before looking at the night sky. The stars shinned brightly, nothing like the city. You could probably see your home planet.
Your home. Earth was great, but it was no home. Sometimes you missed it there. There you knew what you were; What you had to be. You found a shiny rock and tossed a rock into the water, trying to see it skip; failing miserably. You heard some footsteps approaching you, and when you turned around, you groaned.
"Ouch," the green man remarked, laughing himself.
"Hi Gar."
"Whatcha doing, Skipper."
"Thinking."
"About what?"
"Everything."
Beastboy laughed, "That sure narrows it down."
"You wouldn't get it."
"Shoot. Maybe I will. Besides, it's good to get things off your mind."
You looked at him, frowning, "Are we doing the right thing?"
"What do you mean."
"The Teen Titans. Are we good?"
"Of course."
"Sometimes... I feel like it's not good enough.. That I'm not good enough."
Garfield grabbed your hands, looking you straight in the eyes, "Of course you're good enough, Y/n. You'll always be good enough."
Um this is my first time asking someone things but um can u please do Damian wayne ideal type or beast boy ideal type. IF YOU DONT DO THESE ASKS ANYMORE U DONT HAVE TO DO IT
Of course! Though I do not do Damian on this account, but if that's what you want check my other tumblr out: @batfamxreader
So, I'll do Beast Boy <3
He's a huge cuddler, always wanting to be on you
He adores you and would do literally anything for you
Ask for it and he'll find a way to get it for you
Nothings to big or to small
He likes to show his love for you with gifts and affection
By god does this man love affection
Giving or receiving, he doesn't really care
He can get a little insecure
Though he is quickly reassured when he lays in your arms and falls into a deep sleep
He holds onto you tightly, while you both sleep
He doesn't want you sneaking off or getting out of his hold
If you try to move, he'll squeeze you tighter
He loves animals, so it wouldn't be hard to convince him of getting one or two or three or however many you want
There's a lot of green on your home, fruits and even vegetables
He wouldn't MIND if you ate meet, though he'd prefer if you didn't
He'd be okay with you eating eggs and stuff, THOUGH he really wants you to not eat meat
He's usually not one to argue with you and he's pretty much very easy going, he WILL put up a fight with the vegetarian thing
He might secretly glare at you when you eat meat, though if you look up at him, he'll look away
He wants to hug you so tightly and keep you in his arms
Random Person: Y/n's pregnant?
Garfield Logan: Lil Mama's pregnant? Who's the baby daddy?
Random Person: I thought you were the baby daddy? Someone found a pregnancy test in her trashcan.
Garfield: If I was the Baby Daddy, Lil Momma would kill me
Random Person: Well, here she comes and it looks like she might kill you
Y/n: Garfield Fucking Mark Logan!
Garfield: Oh my god, am I going to be a dad?
Y/n: Why are you telling people I'm pregnant *Clenching Teeth*
Garfield: Someone said they found a pregnancy test in your trashcan
Y/n, whispering: That was JINX's!
Garfield: Oh thank god
Y/n: Besides I can't be pregnant. The timeline wouldn't add up
Garfield: Lil Mama was about to be Baby Mama
Y/n: Everytime you talk I begin to hate you a little more
Prompt: Uh ohhhh back again! I have no self control. If you could, another BB idea I had was the one where you each have like ‘soulmate tattoos’ and yours is literally just green animal tracks on your forearm(s) so you visit the zoo everyday thinking it has something to do with that. If I go full cliche I kinda was the reader to have powers too but I dunno what... but I just want a meet-cute with Beast Boy talking to the animals or something I dunno...
Note: Yesssssssssss my green boiiiiiiiii

After several long years of greenness, Garfield Logan had accepted it. He was green. There was nothing he could do about it except embrace it. Every inch of his skin was a vibrant leafy green.
Well, until this morning, that is.
When the green boy awoke, he found a plethora of pink flowers littering his wrists and forearms. They were blooming, breathtaking, beautiful, but more than that, they meant that he had a soulmate after all.
At the sight of them, he sprang up from his bed and sprinted down the hall, bolting as fast as he could to the kitchen, where the rest of the team was already awake and going about their days.
“YOUGUYSIGOTMYSOULMARKLOOKLOOKLOOK!!!” He blurted, sputtering and out of breath, motioning wildly to the pink marks littering his green wrists. He was quiet for a few seconds, admiring the tattoos before murmuring softly, “Isn’t it beautiful?”
“Flowers, huh?” Raven smirked, looking up from her book briefly. “Cool.”
“It is most wonderful you’ve finally received the marks, Beast Boy.” Starfire hovered over his shoulder, grabbing his wrists so she could get a closer look. “I am so happy for you!”
“Yeah, congrats, man!” Vic gave his best friend a pat on the back, grinning brightly. “Maybe you should head to the botanical gardens? Flowers, you know?”
“Yeah…that’s a great idea!” Gar perked up and bolted back down the hall to get dressed before he zipped out the door to go to the most flower-filled place he could find.

You were just about to lose hope by the time your soulmate marks finally showed up. It was just after exams. You’d been up late every night the past week studying and drinking immense amounts of caffeine. And because of that, you were sure that when you woke up to find green animal tracks littered across your wrists, you had to be hallucinating.
However, once you went to the bathroom and tried to wash them off, it settled in, deep in the pit of your stomach, that these were real. More than that, they were your soul marks, and they could only mean one thing: you had a soulmate after all, and they were out there somewhere. Not only that, but it meant you were going to meet them soon. Really soon.
So, given that the marks were several different sets of animal tracks, you grabbed your bag and headed out to the nearest zoo. You weren’t really sure where to start once you got there, so you found the nearest zoo keeper you could and let them get a good look at the tracks trailing your arms.
“Awwww, what a cute soulmark! Congratulations!” The girl, who was about your age, said. She held your wrists and carefully studied the footprints of the various critters permanently etched into your skin. “Well, for starters, these look like tiger tracks. Maybe lion? And these ones are monkey prints for sure. You’re going to want to wander down that way towards their habitats. If you still need help, let me know and I’d be glad to point you in the right direction.”
“Thank you so much!” You beamed, almost skipping off towards your first stop, the tiger habitat. After looking around at the people standing there, no one was…well, no one was looking for you. Not that you noticed at least. So, you wandered further down to the lion habitat, where a lion with a big mane was carrying his cub, the little tan kitten hanging from his jaws.
“Excuse me, do you know where the aquarium is?” Someone your age asked. You turned, eyes locking on his wrists before looking up at his eyes. Unfortunately, though, he didn’t have any marks, and when he saw yours, he chuckled and scratched the back of his neck. “Oh, sorry, I didn’t mean to bother you. Good luck, and congratulations!”
“Thank you! I, uh, think the signs said the aquarium is back that way.” You pointed back behind you to where a large painted sign had arrows pointing towards all of the major divisions of the zoo.
“Thanks.” He wandered off, leaving you alone with your green pawprints and the lions. You moved down further to where the monkeys were, swinging from branch to branch. You looked up at them, smiling softly. Somewhere, in the zoo, maybe not here, but certainly not that far, was the person you were meant to spend the rest of your life with, like all of the little monkeys, perched beside their mates.

Gar was blown away by all of the gorgeous flowers that filled the botanical gardens. Butterflies of varying colors flittering from flower to flower. This place was so beautiful. It only made sense he’d meet you in a place like this, flowering and colorful and teeming with life.
He walked through the gardens, wandering down the stone paths, glancing down at his wrists every once in a while, but not finding anyone who had marks like his.
“Congratulations!” An older couple bid him, smiling kindly as they passed him.
“Thank you!” He chuckled. “If you see them, send them my way. I…haven’t had any luck yet.”
“Will do.” The old woman promised, a twinkle in her eye. She remembered years and years before when she met her soulmate, the man who had his arm looped through hers. It was adorable to see someone so young looking far and wide for his.
“Good luck, young man.” The old man bid him.
“Thanks.” Gar smiled softly to himself, but he had a feeling he was going to need it.

After parading through basically the entire zoo, consulting every zoo keeper you found to let them look at your marks and make an educational guess as to where your soulmate was hiding, you were just about stumped. You’d checked the exhibits of just about everything on your wrist. Well, until you shifted your bracelet to the side and spotted the perfect little green butterfly tucked right up by your thumb.
Of course. All things considered, that made too much sense. Laughing, you found the nearest sign and navigated to the botanical gardens, where you were sure your soulmate must be.
The greenhouse welcomed you like an old friend, warm and filled with sweet-smelling flowers and buzzing bumblebees. It seemed that the flowers bowed to you when you passed them, the butterflies floating past as you walked down the familiar stone paths. It had been too long since you’d been there.
You walked through the blooming gardens, approaching the large willow tree on the hill, under which you spotted someone from afar. He was…green. Well, the green footprints made sense at least. You glanced down at your marks and then up at him again, approaching slowly, your heart racing.
When he saw you, a bright grin spread across his face. He walked towards you, his eyes locking on your wrists as soon as you were close enough, and once he caught sight of the green tracks trailing up and down your arms, he pulled you tight into his arms.
“I was afraid I had the wrong place for a little while there.” He chuckled, holding you tight.
“I’ve been all over the zoo looking for you. Figures you’d be in the last place I looked.” You stood on your toes and pressed a kiss to his green cheek. “I’m Y/N. Nice to meet you.”
“Nice to meet you.” He chuckled, kissing your forehead softly. “I’m Gar and I promise you, I’m going to be the best soulmate you could have ever asked for.”
