I'm pretty disappointed that when 'Cannondale' and 'Garmin Sharp' merged they gave up the opportunity for a name like 'Garmin-Dale' or 'Cannon-Sharp' to be 'Cannondale-Garmin'...

I mean c'mon, where is the creativity in that?

It’s really painful. A lot of it, is a mental thing, because you are trying to ride this positive thought throughout massive efforts. So mentally it’s not so bad, but physically it’s still really painful. Your body doesn’t want to do it. Like your body tells your brain ‘no’ because it’s like a primal thing, you’re breaking down your muscles…you are draining your body for all its got. You aren’t getting chased by a F&^#ing cheetah, so your body is telling you , you don’t need to be doing this, but your brain says ‘no you need to do it’… it’s this like…conflict.
