Hello! For the emoji ask game:
How about ❤️🔥 + 💝 for Jens and/or Erwin? I remember you shipped them on your relationship chart, and I'm curious on how you'd picture their dynamic.
Maybe 🪢 for Gary too; after re-reading your ideas about him.
(And as for something RM related…. 📓 for Davi. Or 😶! Just surprise me >:3)

While Brockenborg still holds a very dear place in my heart, I have to be honest and admit that, as it's been a few years, many of the things I had come up with for them back then are no longer the same. The relationship chart could still be generally applicable. However, due to the grammatical errors and the lack of skill in expressing myself in English, I feel that it would probably look quite different if made again today.
In any case, unfortunately, Jens and Erwin were two characters whom I didn't actually develop much… If I recall correctly, the way I used to see their relationship anyway was closer to a close, short-lived friendship during the FFI than anything more :(
Keep in mind that, like yourself, I am also a massive multishipper, in the sense that as long as a ship/dynamic between two characters makes even the tiniest bit of sense to me, I tend to enjoy it. Some less and some more, of course.
So over time, as the inspiration behind some characters' interpretations shifted drastically, so did the relationship dynamics with those in their lives.
❤️🔥 A romantic headcanon + 💝 A headcanon about their love language
Their dynamic was something along the lines of bonding over their shared "dislike" for Peter and growing close as friends, sharing jokes about the stupidity of their teammates, and having someone who seems to get you well.
Jens's love language is comfortable silence. If he tolerates you quietly hanging around in his personal space as he is composing his next piece, you know he enjoys your company. He enjoys quiet intimacy, the kind where you can spend a whole evening tending to one's own separate hobbies without feeling the need to share every single activity or fill the awkward silence with aimless small talk.
Erwin's love language is fussing over you. If he spontaneously reminds you to put on a warmer jacket because outside is cold, to take your medicine on time, or such other trivial things, then he cares about you. He enjoys peace and calm and looks for someone whose personality allows for some. Chaotic or rambunctious partners are not for him.
Maybe 🪢 for Gary too; after re-reading your ideas about him.
Alongside Brockenborg, there was a time when Knights of Queen was constantly occupying my brain, especially Gary. His backstory changed a few times over the years, mainly because the inspirations behind the way I see his character changed as well, and because at times I felt that I lacked the writing ability to portray his intended situation realistically and respectfully.
🪢 A headcanon about their family
A thing that remained constant was his deeply dysfunctional family.
TW: dark themes including drug abuse, domestic violence, and implied sexual abuse.
Gary was born in London. His mother, originally from Scotland and Northern Ireland, had him at a young age. He never knew his father. Never knew whether he was an Englishman or from somewhere else.
His mother grew up in an abusive household, with a drunkard dad and a mother victim of domestic violence, who, despite herself, would always excuse his abuse and never leave. She spent her childhood between foster homes and court hearings until she was no longer a minor. Upon returning home, she found out that her mother had passed away and his dad had finally been arrested over a bar fight that cost another patron their life.
Devastated and with nothing left, she left her small hometown for London.
Going from a remote village in the middle of nowhere to a bustling, cosmopolitan metropolis was disorienting. Before Gary's mother could realize it to the full extent, she got mixed up with the wrong crowd and quickly spiralled into drug abuse. Making ends meet proved to be particularly difficult as her addiction made it harder to keep a job for more than a few months.
