Patanjali says in the Yoga Sutras: "For those who have an intense urge for Spirit and wisdom, it sits near them, waiting." It takes work to stay true to Self. Daily practice. Repetitive mantras. On charter yoga. Get upside down and breathe deeply 😊 I love being on charter. Ok, maybe love is a strong word. 😉 But truly I appreciate the process of it. In a 24 hour span we are on our feet for 14 of them. We scarf down food when we can. We shower with one eye open in order to get enough sleep. And we are of service. 🙏 It pushes us to our limits. We work as a team. Everyone always has a job and we scramble behind the scenes in order to be sure that our guests are comfortable and having a blast. When you truly embody being of service, there is no greater reward than a happy customer. I also (somehow) got lucky enough to teach yoga to our guests. It gives me no greater pleasure than to help people reconnect to their hearts and ground down into themselves, in a world where judgement and competition are the norm. I am so whole and complete. I am. I am. I am.
