I was SO convinced I had already posted a sneak peek but I guess I didn't? Or I didn't tag it.
It is also still named 'The Forbidden AU' in my doc because I wasn't meant to start another WIP (and then I started two more)
Anyway here is a sneak peek:
Both of them caught their breath, looking at the two men. One out cold, the other dead.
“Not bad for a fisherman,” she noted, nodding at his sword.
He adjusted it in his hand. “Thanks.”
Ginny began moving the dead man towards the side of the ship.
“Did you have to kill him?” Harry asked.
She looked down at the man. “I wanted to save him the hassle of drowning after I throw him overboard.”
And another one:
She waited as he finished the other oysters, not in a hurry to go. She rested her head on her hands and observed him quietly.
"If the Captain wishes to kiss me, she could do so,” he told her as he placed the last shell down.
Her cheeks heated up.
His eyes danced over his face. “Oh, the Captain blushes.”
She shoved him. “Stop calling me Captain.” And then she grabbed the front of his shirt and captured his lips.
