Where is your happy place? Lately, for the last few months, it’s been the land for us. When we’re out there, maybe we’re in the English countryside or the hills of Sweden, places we’ve never been before but for some reason feel familiar out there. Over here at the #HolidayHouse where we’ve been working every day for the last week. We can’t tell you how grateful and excited we are to FINALLY have a place on our land to stay at. PJ ripped out the laundry room addition on the side of the house and is making that the new front entrance. He’s been installing the new front door he found on #FaceBookMarketplace for a steal and in just a few short days it’s starting to come together exactly how we envisioned it (you can see a peak of the new door in the top right corner). We have big plans for Holiday House and things are starting to fall into place for us to focus on it full time (more on that later). It’s been one of those cold, rainy, cozy, only-go-outside-if-you-absolutely-have-to kind of days where all we want to do is cuddle up on the couch, watch The Family Stone, and drink coffee.
