*Extremely distraught noises* Yesterday at like 8pm my phone decided to do a random restart, like it sometimes does, but this time it got stuck on the screen right before it goes back to the lockscreen. So, internet searches later, I find my phone that was only the most popular of models... in 2005... is in a boot loop because if I tried to shut it down it would just restart again, like apparently many people with this oldy phone have had. So I saw the possible problems were either these step-by-step: solution! problems or my battery was messed up. I did all the step-by-step things first, because easiest and didn’t require a new battery being ordered, but low and behold my battery was the problem, like a “it could explode with chemicals at any time” problem. I waited for this store in town that, thankfully, had an unused battery for my phone model in stock, they just needed to find it, until 3pm today and it still wasn’t fixed! So now my dad, tech wizard, is looking at it and like we possibly need to download this file to my SD card or revert my phone to factory setting (ie. hoping for the former, too many fanfics were open in chrome for me to loose). It is 11:45pm, and my phone basically still a brick until we see if this file works, but it needs time to get onto the phone after being put back in.
