Fun fact! if you nap for long enough (usually about 50 min) you’ll enter your sleep cycles and if you wake up in the middle of one you will feel poorly rested until you go back to sleep. If you nap for less than that you’ll be groggy for a little bit

That makes sense, I slept for almost an hour. Chelsey tried waking me up around seven (about 30 minutes into my nap) but apparently I wouldn't even budge lol.
