I’m genuinely shook rn. I never even thought about AO3 eventually leaving beta. This is insane to me.

“Pinky Promise” and “A Liar with a Promise” are from Andrew’s and Neil’s perspectives respectively. They span over roughly the same time, showing the foundation of their connection as preteens, their years separated from one another, and finally their reunion. You can read either one first, as long as you read them both before “Promise Fullfilled” which takes place during what is to us the beginning of the series.

This is Love
I have had most of this in my drafts for a while but hadn’t edited it to post and now I have! It’s fucking sad and tragic but has an open ending so really you get to decide how tragic you want this to be.

Excerpt below:
I made a thing (x)
Ten years ago, the Butcher massacred a camp of children and counselors in a killing spree at Camp Evermore. There were very few survivors, including Nathaniel Wesninski (the Butcher’s fourteen year old son) who took down the Butcher with his own axe. 🪓 🩸
Nathaniel’s name was changed when he went into foster care and was adopted by David Wymack at age fifteen. Despite the trauma he experienced, he still loved summer camps and especially the one Wymack owned and ran: Camp Palmetto. He attended camp in the summer with his adopted father, mother, and brother, then later became a counselor. That all changed on the ten year anniversary of the Butcher’s Massacre when Camp Palmetto became the unfortunate target of a copy-cat killer… or killers.
This is based on a post of mine.
