Some of my favorite critters from Metroid Prime! And a little infant metroid from Echoes. I recently played Prime as my first Metroid game and enjoyed it way more than I thought I would. :3
Since you often draw enemies from Nintendo games, perhaps a Zoomer/Geemer from the Metroid series?
Wow what a great first request!! I'm not a big Metroid fan (yet, anyways), but I do like these little guys. Do most people accept Geemer as the Goomba of the Metroid games? That's how I see them.

Inktober 2017 Day 13 - "Teeming"
That’s a lotta bugs.
When I heard the word Teeming, I immediately thought of Planet Zebes from Super Metroid, so I decided to draw Samus exploring Brinstar with a bunch of enemies around her. Super Metroid is one of my favorite games of all time.
I kinda rushed this one, but I really like the idea. I might redraw this as a full picture one day maybe. Also sorry for being a little late.
Geemers
Zoomers will vibrate and coo if you hold them in your hand, but geemers just spike up and hiss. You are likely to contract an infection from holding either, unless you wear protective gloves or wash your hands thoroughly afterwards.
Geemers
Geemers are like the hardcore version of Zoomers (technically, Zoomers are derived from a more Geemer-like common ancestor.) Both Geemers and Zoomers originate from Zebes but spread across the universe on Chozo ships, ending up as far away as the likes of the Tetra Galaxy, generally being a pain, eating all the food, and causing disease wherever they went.
Despite their spiky exteriors, they’re actually kinda docile. They puff up their spines in self-defence but if you appear non-threatening they will happily climb into your hand and sit there. However they won’t stay there because they’re just too darn wriggly and need to move about on the constant hunt for more food. Approaching them in a huge metal powersuit is guaranteed to come across as “threatening” so Samus has never actually seen a happy Geemer.
(When she was a kid, she used to have loads of fun chasing them around while her Chozo carers desperately tried to grab hold of her again before she got hurt or picked up some disease.)
