severance prediction:

Gemma actually ends up with Devon by the end of the show. How? Well once she escapes hell (very possible!!!) she’s feeling a bit too conflicted about Mark (who will have fully reintegrated) developing a romantic relationship with his coworker so she tells him she needs some space to think. She ends up spending a lot of time with Devon, her baby, and Ricken (loser). Having Gemma around again makes Devon realize she deserves more than Ricken.

Gemma is there for Devon when she’s going through her divorce, similarly to how Devon is helping Gemma rehabilitate. Each realize how amazing the other person really is and they slowly fall in love. Mark is cool with it ig.
