HELP FRIENDS !!! my cousin recently bought us PAX East tickets before I realized exactly what PAX entailed !!! Now I'm going to a video game convention and have no clue what to expect (I aim to get a laptop of my own soon so I can download some PC games but I haven't played any non-iOS app video games in a long time)... is there something I should do, should expect, should I cosplay, should I just wear jeans and a t shirt ? help ? 😫

Do whatever you want and wear whatever you want! PAX is mostly an industry con, so expect to see BIG NAME game developers with awesome booths showing off their stuff. Indie games and mogul games too! You’ll see more people enjoying games rather then cosplaying or doing artist alley or buying plushies. Still, LOTS of cool swag at PAX cons. You can cosplay if you like! But don't feel like you have to. And if you feel like you DO want to stand around in booths and check out the games and swag, maybe don't wear a cosplay with gigantic wings if you know what I mean. Wear something comfy and easy to stand in for long periods of time.

hi friends! I was hoping to put together an aerobics!hux cosplay for when i see the last jedi in december and was wondering if you guys had any idea how to either paint a hat pink, or had an idea of where to find a pink general's hat (it doesnt need the front badge part but i'm just trying to figure out how to create that aspect of the cosplay) :) thank you in advance-i know this might be hard, i spent like three hours the other day looking for info and couldn't find anything good. :) no worries

You can always paint an Imperial hat with pink speedball paint if you like. 

Or if you want to sew your own with pink fabric, here’s a free Imperial hat pattern!

hi friends ! so I remember a LONG while ago you made a hux playlist that had a song from ocean's 12 on it and that made me want to ask if y'all are faves of that trilogy or if you just knew that one song. and I mean if you love the trilogy we need to have a party where we just watch all three of them because they are gold (I mean except for 13 but no one ever talks about 13). thanks friends !

I AM A HUGE COMPLETE DEVOTED FAN OF THE OCEANS MOVIES. 

The ensemble is just PERFECT. I love every movie almost equally, they all have the best parts and FUCK David Holmes KILLS those tracks. Every album is just PERFECT. Steven Soderbergh Is a wizard with his directing. The shots on those films and the way the editing tells a story is just glorious. I could literally talk for days about my favorite bits in those movies and why they are so good. The freeze frame on Brad Pitts face when he realizes his phone is stolen in 12 (who even freeze frames in cinema anymore?) The blocking of the brothers in 13 when they’re pretending to be hotel attendents kicking the guy out his room and then BOOKING IT. Or the tense extreme nail biting moment of Yen backflipping ontot the safe in 11. JUST UGH those movies are fucking SUPREME. Maybe even perfect cinema. Not to mention the actual casting is great. Im not even a fan of Catherine Zeta but her face after cracking the interrogation in 12 is just. YEAH GIRL GET IT HARD. 13/10 can marathon every day of my life. And for those of you interested, My Hux playlist is here. The song is from Oceans 12, ‘Lifing the Building’ I think its a great backtrack for a Sniper!Hux, or a hux planning a stategic attack on D’Qar.
