(Severus confronts his father's ghost)
Tobias; “I'm your father. And you show your father respect.”
Severus; “The day he deserves it, you drunken monster! Hitting women and children, is that what they call fatherhood in your day?”
Tobias; “Oh, you deserved it, believe me. You were nothing but ungrateful.”
Severus; “I was a child! Children aren’t supposed to be grateful! They're supposed to eat your food and break your heart, you selfish dick! You died, and I was still so afraid I'd turn into you I never even had a family of my own.”
Tobias; “Good. You break everything you touch.”
Severus; “Really? Well, as fate would have it, I adopted a boy, and he grew up great. He grew up a hero. So you can go to hell!”
