Unacceptable! How did Cloud expect to entertain a man of Genesis' caliber with such paltry, and frankly, garbage options?! Again, to be fair, he had not invited Genesis over, but what if they met while they were out, Genesis seduced him, they went back to Cloud's for a little rendezvous, spent the night in each other's arms, and woke to THIS?!

FFVII RarePair Communities?

I'm new to the FFVII fandom but developed all kinds of complicated feels after checking out Crisis Core. I also have a tendency towards rarepairs and I wonder if there are active discord servers or communities around the following rare pairs?:

Angeal/Sephiroth (what’s the name for this pairing? Angiroth? Sephieal?) - They often turn up as side-pairings or as part of poly pairings, and this is fine, but I’d like to find more fic of them being the monogamous main pairing with one or both of them as the main characters. So far the only fic I’ve found for them are one-shots, and there’s not many of them.

Genesis/Cloud (I’m pretty sure this pair has a name but I can’t remember it) - to be entirely honest I canonically ship Cloti but post-AC Cloud and Genesis especially, have a dynamic that is thoroughly amusing and just the balance of dark, light, comedy, and introspection that I seem to need right now. It’s pretty much impossible not to laugh while reading them, so I’d like to find more. (I don’t have the name of the fics I’m thinking of while writing this, but my favorites for this ship so far are: (1) the one where post-AC Cloud meets Genesis because he’s trying to walk out of a Loveless production and Genesis stops anyone who is ‘disrespecting the play’ from leaving, and (2) the AU where Shinra practices conscription - Cloud is older and less naive about Shinra because of a mission gone wrong in Banora - he just wants to finish his service and go home. In the meantime, he’s especially proud of standing up to SOLDIERS trying to bully their way out of getting more than their allotment from the supply shed (I think it’s called Conscription?). 

The non rare-pair ships I like are TsengRu, Cloti, Zerith, and Rude/Reno but it’s easier to find content for them. I’d still love to indulge in them of course. 

Any guidance is welcome! Entering a decades-old fandom is kind of intimidating and I’m still learning the inns and outs. (Also, no shipping wars/dragging of ships please - I don’t believe in superior or inferior ships, just that we like what we like). Thanks!
