So, I’m coding a little farming-sim to learn C++, and I have a question:

I know that those of us who play Harvest Moon (Story of Seasons), Stardew Valley, etc., usually end up lamenting, at some point, why we cannot marry so-and-so because of gender barriers. What I would like opinions on is whether or not it would bother you, as a player, if the romance-able characters were “protag-sexual”? Meaning that a player would be able to trigger romances with a character regardless of their choice of sex in character-creation. This would, of course, need to be accompanied by a trigger item / some such thing so that those who want to befriend the bachelors / bachelorettes without romancing them could be free to do so, also.

(No, I’m not still salty about not being able to romance Iris in the first SoS, why do you ask?)
