Tinkerbell had a Valentine’s Day spa day.. bath, trim & mani pedi. Her very short nails make it much easier for her to walk. I’ve got mismatched rugs everywhere now. That also makes it easier for her to walk in her old age. We rescued her from Cgo animal control when she was 6 months old. She is now 15 years old. Goodbye to my amazing little guy, Toulouse (Pants) 04/21/02-06/29/19 ✨✨✨ The woman I got him from told me that, even at 2 weeks old, she could tell he was special. Since that day, he went through everything with me. Through collage, many moves, travels, heartbreaks, adventures, triumphs and milestones. He was a huge part of @chefj78 and I falling in love. He had a reputation for being wild, stubborn and sometimes insane but he was also fiercely loyal, filled with love for people and the most fearless little guy I’ve ever met. 3 states, 8 apartments, 1 airplane ride, 3 road trips, major surgery, weird allergies, so many dog sitters, and countless fans fill his 17 year legacy. Sweet Sophie! She needed some snuggling this morning so that is exactly what we did!! Yesterday, she had a full work up. We have been concerned for this girl. We are waiting on a second report from the patholigist to confirm a diagnosis. So we will have news on that. Otherwise she had an xray, for being 15 we were impressed that nothing was worse than it is. Her liver and spleen are slightly enlarged and her heart looks a bit rough. That is to be expected with her age.
