This genuinely made me emotional. This is what a working-class solidarity movement fuelled by hope, compassion, and mutual respect for each other looks like ✊💗
The consistently negative or non-existent press shows that this rise isn't on corporate interests boosting this movement in the press, it's - as the tweet says - from people genuinely talking to other people. So encouraging 😊

Ludlow Vineyards Department of Charitable Events PSA!
At the grand success of our recent auction for Charitable Events, I want to give an extended thanks to all those who helped pull it together and all those ( especially ) who came to attend and spend their gold!
Here is what your good hard earned gold will be going to!
OOC Funds:
OOC funds that are made from these auctions will be used for in game items to give out to those in need OOCly, as well as go towards helping provide in game items to go up for auction during the next auction event.
OOC funds will also go towards helping provide for an event of a larger scale toward the end of the calendar year. Every OOC gold piece made is being accounted for and documented. None of our members are profiting from any of this, as we all have plenty of our own personal and guild funds for our own use. However, we felt this was a fair way to keep everyone inside and outside of Ludlow Vineyards from having to delve so deeply into their own personal funds in order to immerse into this story plot.
We are also open to receiving in game item donations of 20 slot bags or greater/mats to create them, max level crafted gear/mats to create it, relics, enchants for ooc help
We are also open to receiving crafted cloth (common/uncommon - level 1 items) shirts, pants, and shoes that can be used as IC clothing to distribute to the IC needy.
Playing imaginary funds are well enough and helpful, but we thought this could create a unique approach to help give to those that are new to the server and in need or members of the community that struggle to have enough time to play to even cover their repair costs half the time. The more the auctions generate the more OOC help we can provide. Individuals that receive help will be on a first come, first serve basis and it will be documented, though not publicly announced.
IC Funds:
IC funds will be distributed according to those that speak up who want to receive IC assistance from received from these auctions. This amount is also well documented and will be ICly distributed to all that wish to receive.
There will also be a soup kitchen that is (god willing) going to be held at monthly as well ( if not bi-monthly). This is where those in need IC/OOC can come for IC/OOC items and food stuffs that they need.

OOC funds are not required to participate nor are they expected.
Items bought with OOC funds are items presented with a more than fair bidding start.
Items purchased through this auction will (most likely) go for cheaper than the in game auction house tool.
Items that were provided from the first auction were items collected, purchased, crafted by members of Ludlow Vineyards.
Members of Ludlow Vineyards put in the time, effort, and the gold to get this started and are not looking to profit or be reimbursed from these events. This was/is an attempt to create story line for further RP interaction beyond Ludlow Vineyards.
