Clark and Jimmy had been roommates pretty much since Clark moved to Metropolis. He knows that Clark is Superman. Lois does not know Clark's secret identity. They're slowly becoming closer together as time goes on. Superman got married to Lex. Eventually, Lex figured it Superman's secret identity, and, of course, they had a discussion about that... after Clark found out that Lex knew. John and Clark have feelings for each other, but due to the marriage and other complications, they don't act on it. Mara and Clark are acquaintances who met at the Daily Planet, except Mara works for WGBS News.
