Distractions...I love running my own business everyday I walk into the studio smiling and full of inspiration. But the CEO vs artist is sometimes in conflict and that's why this year I've been taking part in @thedesigntrust strategic away days to improve focus on the key stuff and and this last quarter I also signed up to an accountability group where I've met fantastic fellow creatives whom I've learnt so much and importantly ensure I take action - kind of like getting my homework done.
