There is so much beauty that our Mother Nature reveals, so many shapes + forms. From one season to the next, the elements of nature shift, transform, wilt + wash away only to return during another as a new shape, a new lifeform. ⠀ ⠀ If you are still you can see this. You can witness magic every single day. If you'd ask why taking time to #getoutsidethegrind is one of the most important things you can do, I'd say because it allows you to really connect with nature. The business of daily logistics often removes us from the simplest, yet most important things that make up life. It's the flowers blooming, the pollen spreading. Bees buzzing + waves crashing. It's the tree leaves humming with the wind + the animals scurrying about. These bits are all part of our ecosystem and the ways in which we interact them directly matter. But the ways in which we live our daily lives - the things we purchase, the products we use, the waste we create + the things we eat matter even more. We carry a reusable water bottle, coffee cup + shopping bags as often as we can instead of taking away plastic ones, look for environmentally safe ingredients in our products + try to shop local as much as possible. ⠀ ⠀ What is something you do every day with Mother Nature in mind?
