New UK academy season starts in July 2019 with new Taster Trials and Short Courses - your chance to come to the UK for football!
With plenty of drama, never say die attitude and comebacks galore, the European finals of both the Champions League and the Europa League will be dominated by the top 4 English Teams for the first time. We have also witnessed one of the most entertaining finishes to a Premier League season ever as Man City became the first club to win a domestic quadruple of Community shield, league title, league cup and FA cup victories.
Needless to say, this once again puts English football firmly on the international map. It is no surprise to us that the UK is an extremely popular destination for our international footballers, and it is this spirit, fight and will to win that dominates the philosophy of the Future Lions Coaching Programmes. So if you have the talent and the hunger to succeed in one of the top countries for world football, you need to sign up for our new season in England starting on the 15th July 2019.
NEW SEASON - NEW FORMAT... SAME GREAT COACHING !!!
The new season sees a slight change in format for our UK Academy programmes. There are new taster courses for those looking to get a sample of what it's like at the academy before making a long commitment. These trials are available for just 1 or 2 weeks and are ideal for us to look at potential players that might only have limited time off school for example. We are also introducing our new 6-week short course programme format which is aimed at giving young players the opportunity to be scouted, and utilise the excellent pathways we have built in England to help you succeed. It is possible to come on a 1 week taster trial, and stay for up to 3 x 6 Week Short courses all in one go, so it is the perfect format for you to discover your true potential and get a real taste for the academy whilst enjoying one of the most comprehensive football coaching programmes available in the world!
There will be 3 x 6 Week courses between July and December, and 3 x 6 Week Courses between January and the end of the season in May 2020. The first of these courses starts on the 15th July.
There are a total of 18 places available for this course, and already we have over 60 applicants, so we are carefully trying to build a strong squad, and offer the places to the players we feel with benefit the most from the programme. If you would like to be considered for this course you only have until the 15th June to get your applications in to us.
