Amount of sleep: usually 5-7 hours, but then there are days when I go all the way to 10. I can sleep anywhere too. There are videos of me sleeping or trying not to sleep in at least three friends’ phones.

Dream job: a doctor but being an illustrator or writer would’ve been amazing if I had the proper training.

Lunch with Eric Chua, who took over me in two areas. Firstly, he is now MP for Tanjong Pagar GRC taking care of Queenstown where I began my political career. He’s also Parliamentary Secretary at MCCY, where I spent five years before GE2020. We exchanged notes over lunch. Just like these two wefies we took respectively. While we were seated at the same table, our perspectives and styles are different. Good to catch up with Nadia after her election. We knew each other in National Youth Council and we are now colleagues in parliament. She is now MP for Ang Mo Kio GRC, looking after Cheng San-Selatar. Nadia volunteered in the youth sector for many years and I am glad to see her doing more now. I remember attending her wedding not too long ago. Shared with her my experience when I was a rookie 15 years ago. Never give up hope part one

Hi my name is seonaid johnston I’m 22 years old and am deaf, i have mental health issues and I’m here to tell you about how i ended up with mental health issues and my Raynaud Phenomenon

It all started when i was in school i was getting bullied for my appearance, the way i spoke. It was in primary school it started and it just carried on into secondary which made me feel worthless, lonely, doubting myself that i was able to do things that everyone else could do because i was and am deaf that fact that i spoke but they never understood me, and the fact that because of thee way i was i would never get a job or be able to come up with a way or getting a job and having a house as well as a partner.

I got called names i got hit i got anything they could do to me they did which made me not want to leave the house to go to school or go out because i was afraid that it would happen outside of school when i would want to go out and just hang around with people of my age and year group but as seen as people saw me they turned away started to whisper to each other and giggle amongst them self so I asked what it was they was giggling about but they said that they wouldn’t tell me because i may cause them to loose friends if they spoke to me.
