Ok this is the hardest #transformationtuesday post I've done so far. Left is me at my heaviest (first year of college) during a really hard period of my life where I was suffering depression and my weight was fluctuating all over the place (helped by changing BC pills to fight some serious girl problems that plagued my teenage years and college). Right is the picture from yesterday I posted. There's about a 20lb difference between the pictures and I am very very ashamed of the picture on the left. Now, I am stronger, healthier, so much more confident and HAPPY. A lot of it has to do with growing up and finding myself, but another part is this awesome #bbgcommunity that has seriously changed my life over the last 14 weeks. I've never been part of such a supportive and wonderful community and I feel so lucky to have made real (and offline) friendships with some of you inspiring and awesome women 💕 Today was my rest day as its my longest day of work (I'm here forever 🙋🏼) because we have our holiday party at wrap today. But I was soooo sick last night so I didn't get much sleep at all. I had a crazy amount of sugar at work yesterday and I think my body completely rejected it 😢 Hopefully today goes better!
