Without flour, this Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Blender Cake is a quick and easy gluten-free dessert that only needs a blender and a few simple ingredients. The peanut butter and chocolate flavors are strong and the cake is rich and moist.
Ingredients: 1 cup creamy peanut butter. 1/2 cup honey. 2 large eggs. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/2 cup chocolate chips.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350F 175C. Grease a 9-inch round cake pan with cooking spray or line with parchment paper. In a blender, combine peanut butter, honey, eggs, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt. Blend until smooth. Fold in the chocolate chips. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Slice and serve.
