Ghalta will cost GG to cast.

Ghalta’s cost reduction effect is applied before any of its costs are paid, so even though Omnath will only be 8/8 by the time you finish casting Ghalta, your largest creature (Omnath) was 10/10 at the time the cost reduction is applied.
