So... I've been fiddling with the idea of Danny's ghost form evolving under certain circumstances, mainly through a parental bond involving the supernatural. And here it is. (Yes, I made this into a separate page instead of making the post above too long. Also fixed the lighting for the picture!)
These are two different evolutions our precious ghost boi has under went involving these two entities: Ryomen Sukuna the King of Curses and Subcon Snatcher. Now a little in depth look.
Ryomen Phantom
From the strong mutual bond with Ryomen Sukuna and use of one of Ryomen Sukuna's Fingers, Danny's ghost form evolved under desperate circumstances.
Now equipped with four powerful arms and four extrasensory eyes, Ryomen Phantom can take on opponents much faster and stronger than him using pinpoint accuracy paired alongside incredible earth shattering strength.
This transformation now being a blend between ghost, human and now curse DNA grants not only a boost to his powers but also usage of Sukuna's techniques on a weaker scale.
Ryomen Phantom can now use special Cursed Fire to deal even more damage but also inflict a special status called Madness, which makes an opponent's Cursed Energy go wild and disrupt their techniques.
This new form also grants a special Domain Expansion known as Avenger's Sanctuary. An abandon temple filled with green ice covered pillars and violet flames that protects allies alongside harming enemies.
Despite now being part Curse, Danny's personality hasn't been affected by his Ryomen Phantom form. It is a bit disorienting when it comes to getting used to the extra arms, eyes and height outside of battle. Don't be surprised if he fell a couple times or fly into a building on accident.
The extra appendages are a big help when it comes to doing homework but also teasing Sukuna.
"Look whose got four arms, four eyes and isn't a bunch of crusty old fingers! I do, old man!" "When I get my body back brat, we'll see who be laughing then!"
Phantom Snatcher
Upon his mutual bond with Snatcher and full acceptance of his ghostly nature, Danny's ghost form has evolved with the last mental chain that held back his true potential finally breaking.
Phantom Snatcher has become more akin to a shadow not only increasing his durability but also making him invulnerable to weak level attacks. This new form also makes learning new abilities faster and refines the others into stronger versions. Example: Ectoray becomes Ectoblast. Ghostly Wail becomes Spectral Screech.
Some of Snatcher's ability also becomes for Danny. Such being Fire Magic that does extra damage to fire elemental spirits, shadow doppelgangers and the ability to create special ectoplasmic tunnels to teleport to different locations that Phantom Snatcher has been before.
A great way to get to school on time or do detective work with a ghostly double gathering clues. Unlike Ryomen Phantom, Danny's personality is slightly different as Phantom Snatcher.
He tends to act creepy to unnerve his friends a bit but his enemies get the worse side of the spectrum. Dirty tricks, severe mocking and for cases like Vlad Plasmius, extreme aggression with shadow clones and fire magic while wearing a giant Snatcher smile.
If only Snatcher's minions stop calling him 'Snatcher Jr.'
